Imagine a mountain cabin on a little stream between 2 hills that restrict cell phone service and is off the grid. Now you have the picture. The owners have removed all the furniture and personal items so the cabin is ready for you to turn it into YOUR CABIN, not some else's redecorated one. The living room, kitchen and one bedroom are larger than is normal for one of these cabins as you can see in the photo's attached. All appliances must be propane since no electric service is available. Lights and small elecric appliances can be powered with a generator. The wood deck between the cabin and the stream is where you are likely to spend your time because the setting is beautiful! Huge pine and fir trees surround you giving you the feeling of camping in the forest. The cabin sits about half way between Redlands/Yucaipa and Big Bear Lake if you need civilization but you have access to hundreds of miles of hiking trails into the San Gorgonio Wilderness. Fresh water fishing is within walking distance so who needs civilization provided entertainment? You want to be alone? Well its hard to get more alone and still be in Southern California!!! This cabin is available for cash only offers and since it sits on U. S. Forest service land it cannot be financed, cannot be changed on the exterior without Forest Service approval, cannot to used as a primary residence, cannot be rented out (Air B&B a NO NO).
